  25.   Well it can be usefull for sysops or any other amiga users
  26.   which need on restart of the machine (lost of power
  27.   source or guru) to check what time is it and if it's defined
  28.   that some util/program must be started at that interval of time
  29.   to run it...

  32.   It's usefull for example.. for sysops to start trapdoor at
  33.   certain time... or any other util...
